The Venue - AOS Tenant Lounge

Pinnacle collaborated with the Irvine Company to bring much needed amenity space to the landmark Fox Plaza. This conversion from office space to an amenity and event area was a labor of love. The primary challenge was integrating and segregating the space simultaneously. We accomplished this by installing three fully operable glass walls while structurally supporting them from 28 feet above the floor and maintaining proper climate controls. The space also features a back-of-house prep kitchen that collaborates with the ground-floor restaurant completed two years prior. We constructed this while maintaining an operational lobby for the building's customers. As Phase III of the larger lobby and restaurant project, this completion seamlessly integrated the entire ground floor into a cohesive hospitality, dining, and event destination, completing the master plan.
