Fernando Canuto

Fernando is our Vice President of Field Operations, bringing 20 plus years of hands-on construction experience to the role. His career is a true testament to his hard work and commitment. Pinnacle strives to always grow from within and Fernando has made that task an easy one. He proudly says he “started from the bottom.” Beginning as an apprentice concrete carpenter and quickly becoming a foreman, he specialized in new construction as well as major structural work prior to joining Pinnacle. Fernando quickly adapted to commercial interiors to grow his knowledge base. He demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and technical ability; transitioning to Junior Superintendent within his first year at Pinnacle. After three years of continued dedication and performance, he was promoted to Superintendent, steadily building the foundation that led to his current executive leadership position.

Throughout his career, Fernando has developed a deep understanding of field operations from every angle. His experience across multiple roles allows him to effectively lead teams, anticipate challenges, and drive projects forward with confidence. He thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the fast-paced nature of construction. For Fernando, the most rewarding part of the job is that no two projects are alike. Each one brings unique challenges that keep him sharp, engaged, and constantly evolving. His strong field background, commitment to safety, practical leadership style, and passion for delivering quality results make him an invaluable asset to both his team and the projects he oversees.
