Makayla Nichols

With over 10 years of construction experience, Makayla is a second-generation homegrown Pinnacle employee. She started as a clerical assistant, became a Project Engineer in 2017 and quickly proved that she had what it takes to be a Project Manager. After being mentored by Pinnacle owner & CEO, Michael A. Grossman, for many years she has taken on his passion and commitment to the construction industry.

Makayla recently completed several projects with Pinnacle’s largest client and continues to impress with her forward thinking and problem-solving skills. She takes great pride in her work, maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule. Her attention to detail, team-building approach, and passion for innovation set her apart as a rising star in the industry. Organized, motivated, and an exceptional communicator, Makayla is a valuable asset to Pinnacle and every client she serves.
